There no other cathedrale like this one. So huge outside AND inside. Take the time to appreciate that monument before going inside. If you want the front to be fully light by the sun, prefer the end of the day.
And inside, I felt so small.
To get the full story behind that legend 🙂 , I advise to take a guided tour.
And don’t miss the show Chroma during the summer and in december.

The most beautiful cathedral in France in the pure gothic style. Do not leave Amiens without having seen this jewel of architecture and the light show ‘Chroma’ during summer and winter time.

The cathedral of Amiens is just an incredible monument. The most impressive cathedral in France and maybe in the whole world. We’re so proud of it ! Such an architectural emotion !

We see it for miles around, the largest cathedral in France, twice as large as Notre-Dame de Paris, this monument wakes up and sets in the sun every day, it’s my most photographed monument that I like to share on Instagram. The interior is majestic and grandiose, a place of tranquility to visit in Amiens
