Truly at the heart of the Louvre-Lens museum, the Time Gallery presents 5000 years of history at a glance.

In an open space of 3000 m², it exhibits more than 200 masterpieces on loan from the Louvre Museum. Chronologically displayed from the 4th millennium BC to the middle of the 19th century, it offers an unprecedented journey through the history of art and humanity. Crossing periods, techniques and civilisations, it allows us to contemplate and rediscover the Louvre's collections in a new way.
